The service

HyporaAI watches public live streams and their public chats, alerts you when something clip-worthy happens, and can prepare clips of those moments, of past streams you point it to, and of videos you link or upload.

HyporaAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Kick or YouTube.

Your responsibility for what you post

HyporaAI never posts, publishes or shares clips. You decide what to do with a clip, and you are solely responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to post or use it, including any permission from the streamer or creator and any rights in music, video or other material it contains.

Follow the rules of every platform you post to and of any campaign or deal you take part in.

Only upload or link videos you have the right to use.

Clips and your data

Clips are private to the account they were made for and are deleted automatically 48 hours after they're ready. Uploaded videos are deleted once their clips are made.

We keep basic usage records (which clips you downloaded, for example) to run the service and improve it.

Streamers and takedowns

Streamers and rights holders can ask us to stop clipping their content. Opted-out channels are never clipped or scanned, and their stored clips are deleted. Requests go through our takedown form.

Plans, trials and billing

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with a card on file. You're charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each card can be used for one free trial, and prepaid cards can't start a trial.

Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Monthly allowances (watchlist size, auto-clips and long-form hours) reset each month, also on yearly plans. Top-ups (100 extra auto-clips, 5 extra long-form hours) are one-time purchases that apply to the billing month they're bought in.

To keep the service sustainable, clipping may pause for the rest of a billing month if an account's usage costs become unusually high; alerts keep working.

You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't use HyporaAI to harass anyone, to break the law or platform rules, or to overload, copy or resell the service.

Availability and changes

HyporaAI depends on third-party platforms that can change or block access at any time, so alerts, clips and scans may sometimes be delayed or unavailable. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

HyporaAI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
