Why clippers need live alerts
Clipping pays for being first. When a big moment happens on stream, the first clips to land on TikTok, Shorts and Reels collect most of the views, and the rest fight over what's left.
But nobody can watch ten or twenty streams at once. You miss the moment, find out from someone else's clip an hour later, and the window has closed. HyporaAI watches every stream for you and tells you the instant chat reacts.
How HyporaAI's Twitch alerts work
- 1
Add your streamers
Paste their Twitch, Kick or YouTube channel. HyporaAI joins every chat around the clock and learns what normal looks like for each one.
- 2
Chat explodes
Every 5 seconds HyporaAI scores chat speed, how many people are typing, copy-paste waves, hype words and emotes, plus raids, gift bombs and viewer jumps.
- 3
You get pinged, then the clip
A Discord alert with a link that starts 30 seconds before the spike, usually within about 15 seconds. A few minutes later the clip is ready: raw, plus a vertical edit with captions.
What's in every alert
- The streamer, the time and a hype score from 0 to 100.
- Why it fired, in plain words: for example "Chat 6x normal · NO WAY wave · Raid from a big channel · +18% viewers".
- A sample of what chat was spamming, so you can judge the moment at a glance.
- A timestamped Twitch VOD link that starts 30 seconds before the spike, or the live stream if VODs are off.
- Readable on a phone lock screen in one glance, because that's where you'll see it.
Tuned so alerts mean something
False alarms kill trust, so HyporaAI is built to stay quiet on ordinary chat. Each streamer gets a sensitivity: High for smaller streams, Medium by default, Low for huge channels whose chat is always chaotic.
Bot commands and chat polls are ignored, a Moment needs a real crowd reacting for at least 10 seconds, and every alert tells you why it fired so you can adjust.
Then the clip arrives
Alerts are just the start. A few minutes after a Moment, HyporaAI cuts the clip from the Twitch VOD: the raw footage for your own edit, and a vertical 9:16 version with big captions, ready to post. Gaming streams with a facecam get the facecam on top and the gameplay below.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the streamer's permission to get alerts?
No. HyporaAI only reads public Twitch chat and public stream information, the same things anyone watching can see. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.
How fast are the Twitch alerts?
Usually within about 15 seconds of chat starting to spike. HyporaAI waits for the reaction to hold for 10 seconds so a single burst doesn't trigger a false alert.
Where do alerts go?
To your Discord through a webhook, to the Moments feed in your dashboard, and to browser notifications on the Pro and Agency plans.
How many Twitch streamers can I watch?
3 on Starter, 25 on Pro and 100 on Agency, mixing Twitch, Kick and YouTube as you like.
